3. order acceptance & cancellation
Placing an order does not confirm acceptance. We may accept or decline an order at our discretion. Reasons for rejection may include unavailability, pricing errors, or failure to meet eligibility criteria. You may cancel your order before shipment by contacting our support team. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once processed.

We deliver across India and to selected international locations. Estimated delivery timelines are provided during checkout. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. 5. returns & refunds

7. user conduct
You agree not to:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
