REFUND POLICY

1. eligibility for refund

  • Item is damaged or defective on arrival.
  • Wrong item received.
  • Manufacturing defects (not due to misuse).
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging with invoice\receipt.
  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry is not eligible unless faulty.

2. REFUND PROCESS

  1. Email or WhatsApp us with Order ID and product images.
  2. We review and respond within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, we’ll share return instructions. Return courier charges may apply.
  4. Refunds are processed in 5–7 working days to the original method or UPI/bank (for COD).

3. non-refundable items

  1. Used or damaged products not reported within the return window.
  2. Earrings (due to hygiene), unless defective.
  3. Personalized jewelry (like name pendants).
  4. Items bought during a sale or promotion.
  5. Customized jewelry

4. REFUNDS

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Sales@deccancharm.com.
